RETURNS  POLICY

Due to the nature of the products and hygiene issues, we operate a no-return or exchange policy.  All sales are final. However, we accept returns and exchanges if the product you have received is in some way faulty or damaged. The item is not deemed faulty because of being the wrong size or not of the colour or style you anticipated or damaged as a result of normal wear and tear. If however, you find material defects to the product, we will issue you with a full refund of the product as well as the delivery cost of sending the item back to us. Please email us as soon as you find the defect and state the particulars of the defect, clear photographic evidence would be helpful. If your claim is successful, you will be offered a choice of either a new product or a full refund. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item to us. Please insure against loss and damage, as we cannot issue a refund until we receive the item and are in a state where we can resell it.
